- 1 1/2 ounces Rutte Dry Gin
- 1/2 ounce Luxardo Amaro Abano
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce cucumber syrup
- 1/2 ounce ginger syrup*
Combine all ingredients, shake and pour into Collins glass with long rock ice. Decanter bitters on top and garnish with fresh upland cress.
*To make ginger syrup, combine 1 part fresh juiced ginger, 2 parts simple syrup and 3 parts fresh lime juice.
