AJ, a bartender at El Jefe in Murray Hill, grew up in Orlando and is happy to be in Northeast Florida. He loves working in Jacksonville because of the supportive and creative group of people all striving to bring something new to the table. His go-to drink is a Tecate and a shot of Cynar.
