Brooke Wiisanen

Brooke, a Jacksonville native, is a self-taught baker who’s been baking professionally for five years. Her specialties include croissants and all things sourdough bread, though she equally enjoys any excuse to be cooking for family and friends in the kitchen. When not baking or elbows deep in sourdough starter, you can find her enjoying nature and hiking Guana Reserve with husband Mitchell.
