Carrie is the founder of Shakti Life Kitchen, an all organic, raw-vegan food company. She has been successfully serving healing foods to the community for the past 9 years, and is passionate about the wisdom that the plant world carries and how enjoying a raw vegan diet can connect us back to heart of of the Earth. Carrie homeschools her 8 year old daughter, Zophia, who continually inspires her to cultivate community through healing food.
