Chad is the executive chef at Burlingame, an elegant eatery in a 1947 cottage in Fernandina Beach. Chef Chad grew up in Fernandina Beach, got his training at the Culinary Institute of America in NY, moved to Colorado to hone his skills, then returned home to his roots on Amelia Island-- working first at the Ritz Carlton's Salt and now leading the kitchen team at Burlingame. His specialty? Seasonal fare made with fresh, sustainable ingredients.
