Alan has been working in the hospitality industry for 17 years. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2007. Alan cut his teeth at Canlis in Seattle, worked with Chef Tom Colicchio in Connecticut and then relocated to Pennsylvania. Alan recently relocated to Amelia Island to helm the stoves of Pogo’s Kitchen. Along with traveling in the states, Alan has also traveled extensively abroad and trained in Italy, Germany, Holland and Tunisia.
