Chef Alex Yim

Alex has cultivated a reputation for himself with his unique flavors and hard work ethics. After 12+ years at Matthew's Restaurant, his first job, he worked his way up from the bottom to become executive chef. In Oct 2021, with a passion for food and desire to always keep growing, he ventured out as a personal chef and started Yim Elite Dining.
