Chef Amber Fitzgerald

As a professional baker, Amber has taken the knowledge she's acquired from her 10+ years in the hospitality industry and combined it with the Israeli, Yemenite and Mediterranean foods that her mother and grandmother made in Israel to create Yonat Bakery. Yonat is the namesake she shares with her Grandma, which translates to 'dove' from Hebrew, and what sparks her inspiration. Catering to all walks of life, Amber can create lovely delicate cookies, wonderful celebration cakes, flavorful braided dough rounds, hand laminated phyllo pastries and buttery, tear apart Yemenite breads.
