Chef Carlos Fuentes Hevia

Originally from Chile, Carlos graduated from INACAP Culinary Arts at 21 years old with experience in Chilean cuisine and culinary administration. He has worked at Latin Grill in Santiago Marriott hotels, among others. Carlos is inspired by his grandmother Berta's kitchen, with her ancient techniques and flavors from the countryside, and incorporates some of those dishes on the menu at Buena Onda in St. Augustine.
