Chef Charlie Keller

Charlie, a graduate of Johnson & Wales, put the spotlight on Gainesville in 2022 when Covey Kitchen + Cocktails was listed as one of the top 100 restaurants in the USA according to Yelp users. Keller moved to Gainesville with his wife and has been the key ingredient at Covey, the restaurant at Hotel ELEO at the University of Florida that he helped launch in 2020. An avid angler, he was recently a guest chef at the ocean themed benefit dinner at Swallowtail Farm.
