Chef Christine Lucas

Christine is the head baker and pastry lead at 1748 Bakehouse in Historic Springfield. An alumnus of JWU Providence, Christine has nearly 20 years in the food service industry, including a stint on the culinary team at Walt Disney World. When not fiddling in the kitchen, Christine likes to spend her time traveling and trying new restaurants with her family.
