During his extensive career, Edgar has developed his culinary style under some of the top chefs in the nation, including James Beard award winner Melissa Kelly. He currently serves as Executive Chef of the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, overseeing its seven dining venues. He enjoys using his culinary creativity to blend Latin American influences inspired by his time growing up in Venezuela with classical stateside offerings to create his own unique flavor profiles, textures and eye-appealing presentations.
