Ellie attended the Natural Gourmet Institute. She recently moved back to her hometown of St. Augustine to open Vilano Main Street Diner. Ellie’s food is influenced by her southern roots, cuisines from her world travels and the culinary techniques of her fine dining experience in NYC.
