Chef Janelle Luce

Janelle moved to Saint Augustine in the summer of 2020 from Orlando, Florida. Her culinary history spans over 20 years. She owned and operated La Empanada, a popular food truck, in Orlando for seven years during the food truck boom. In 2022, she founded Sourdoubts which provides fresh sourdough bread to residents and local restaurants.
