Chef Josh Agan

Josh is probably best known for his accomplishments as opening chef at Flying Iguana and Coop 303. Since then, his Routes: Culinary Travels catering and private chef service has helped transform private dining in Northeast Florida. Along with his wife, Intan Sari Agan, who takes the role of pastry chef, top notch server and bartender, they share a passion for cuisines from around the world.
