Chef Kalin Anderson

Born in Atlanta and raised in Jacksonville, Kalin’s training in the kitchen began as soon as he could stand up, scrambling eggs, making pancakes, anything to help out. His love and appreciation for Asian fusion cuisine started while attending Le Cordon Bleu. Kalin sees the plate as his canvas, as he wants people to remember his food and tie it to a certain memory.
