Chef Marc Davis

Currently a sous chef at a local vegan café, Marc is also working on his next endeavor, Tiger Belly Noodle Co., a food truck inspired by Asian cuisine. He draws inspiration from local seasonal ingredients and believes you can grow all of the food for a fine dining level dinner right in your own backyard. He hopes his cooking can influence others to locally source or grow their own food.
