Marshall grew up on a farm in rural Virginia and came to understand the beauty and importance of a sustainable lifestyle at a very early age. Those lessons learned on the farm resonate today with his dedication to a farm, water and forest to table lifestyle. He has had restaurants in Park City, Utah and Chicago, worked as a corporate chef for Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, cooked in small cantinas in Mexico, 3 Star Michelin restaurants in Europe and everything in between. He is currently overseeing the kitchen at Fresh Market Island in St. Augustine.
