Chef Megan Dolan

A Jacksonville native, Megan is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. She recently returned to Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort where she kick-started her career in 2014. She has also worked on the pastry teams at Moxie, Hobnob and The Lodge & Club of Ponte Vedra Beach. Megan is not shy about her favorite things - ice cream and candy! She does what she loves, confessing her passion is all things sugar.
