Nana is chef-owner of Jax Bread Co., a bakery in Southside Jacksonville that specializes in artisan bread, breakfast pastries and other baked goods. Her bakery has received a Snail of Approval certificate from Slow Food First Coast, an honor awarded to local producers, purveyors, restaurateurs and artisans who contribute to the Quality, Authenticity and Sustainability of the food we eat and the beverages we drink on the First Coast.
