Chef Whitney Otawka

After growing up in a small town in California, Whitney earned a degree in anthropology before deciding on a cooking career. She's had jobs at some of the nation's top restaurants, but fell in love with Southern cuisine while working in Athens, Georgia. She is currently the Executive Chef at the Greyfield Inn on Cumberland Island and recently published her first cookbook, The Saltwater Table: Recipes from the Coastal South.
