After working up the ranks in highly acclaimed restaurants throughout London, including Michelin-starred Aquavit and other notable kitchens, he brought his talents to Jacksonville and has been at the helm of many local kitchens. Preece brings the diversity of Italian-American cuisine together with the local bounty of Northeast Florida, re-imagining fan favorites in a modern, ingredient-forward style.
