Dr. Sarah Cervone

Sarah is an Assistant Professor in Humanities and co-director of the Florida Heritage Food Initiative at Santa Fe College. Her interests lie in agricultural humanities, international contributions to Florida Folk Life, draft power and historical horsemanship. When she is not in the classroom, she can be found at the farmers market and managing Cracker cattle and water buffalo at her ranch in Hawthorne, Florida.
