Pastry chef Erika went to culinary school in Detroit, where she grew up. She worked in Nashville and Las Vegas before becoming the Pastry Chef at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club for six years. She was living in Tortola, British Virgin Islands when Hurricane Irma and Maria came through and devastated the community, including her home and restaurant. She returned to Jacksonville to regroup and is now overseeing wholesale baking accounts and helping to manage Crazy Beans Coffee.
