Erika is the Pastry Chef at Southern Grounds and Blueberry Artisan Bakery, where guests are delighted with her personal spins on classic desserts, specialty breads as well as sweet and savory baked items. Erika attended Johnson & Wales University where she received her Associate in Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts in 2005. Following culinary school she worked in several restaurants in the Jacksonville and Virginia Beach areas developing and refining her culinary and pastry skills along the way.
