Eva LaRosa

Eva’s love for food service started at her family’s Greek restaurants as a young girl. Despite her family’s desire to leave the business, she didn’t, and has worked in all types of food service from fast food and fine dining to hospital food service. She feels that she found her true calling when she and her brother opened Greek Street, which is a direct reflection of her love of great friends, food and wine.
