VIGLO French/Vietnamese Popup Dinner
VIGLO (Vietnamese with global influences) presents a French/Vietnamese popup dinner at Matthew's Restaurant.
Vietnamese food has been heavily influenced by French cuisine starting in 1887 with the French colonization of Vietnam and Cambodia, forming the Indochine Féderation that lasted for the next 70 years. The result has been new and sophisticated flavors blended with traditional Vietnamese cooking. Each guest will receive a take home gift, courtesy of chef Mimi Lan.
