Gregory Paul’s believes in cooking and eating sustainably, using herbs from their own local garden and utilizing recyclable packaging. A typical weekly menu—featuring a number of entrees, sides, salads, soups and desserts—might include a combination of the following: chicken parmesan, seafood newburg, caramelized oven-roasted brussels sprouts, mediterranean chickpea salad and carrot ginger soup.
