Trasca and Company is known for its signature paninos, but what impressed us most was their staff's unyielding committment to great service and their daily offerings of fresh baked good, served with a hot cup of coffee at their walk-up window and big, huge smiles.

Trasca & Co Eatery is located in the Sawgrass Village Shopping Center in Ponte Vedra, and is owned and operated by Ponte Vedra residents Sara Frasca and Travis Trembath. The Eatery specializes in an Italian-inspired sandwich called the Panino, which was invented by Sara’s grandmother Everetta Frasca in 1974 in Colorado. The Eatery focuses on using the most flavorful ingredients to deliver a delicious handcrafted sandwich, in an eclectic, fast-casual setting. A great place for kids!
