Vale Food Co. is a Florida-born, fast-casual eatery with a focus on healthy foods, located in Brooklyn Station in Jacksonville -- just off Riverside Avenue. With restaurant locations cropping up across the state, what we love most about the Vale concept is their focus on real, whole foods that are ready to go fast, plus the customization that comes with every order. It's a choose your own adventure! Guests pick a bowl size and base (brown rice, sweet potato noodles, greens or other) -- then add a protein, a sauce, plus an added "boost" --- which are additional fun (and tasty) toppings like sunflower seeds, sprouts, or feta cheese.
There are plenty of options for those eating vegan or gluten-free too -- with seasonal menu changes that reflect produce available throughout the year.
