Unofficially known as "Mr. Whiskey" by his industry friends and associates, John has quietly transformed Jacksonville's drinking landscape through his curation of Mojo BBQ restaurant group's whiskey collection, one of the largest in Florida. His greatest passion comes from teaching those around him the knowledge he has gained from his travels and experiences in hospitality. Through John's leadership roles within both Mojo BBQ and the United States Bartenders' Guild, he has had the pleasure of watching those he's mentored blossom into contributing members of his company and the community. John's current role is owner of Forgotten Tonic, a restaurant and bar in downtown St. Augustine.
