Marisa, a south Florida native, is a self-taught professional baker who lives for warming both hearts and bellies with all things sweet, and always with the most mindful of ingredients. After an unforgettable experience of shadowing the wildly-talented pastry chefs at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA, she made the switch from her position as art director to baker, thus founding her bespoke cake and pastry business, Sweet ‘N’ Flour.
