Michael Bump

Michael, the Executive Pastry Chef for Forking Amazing Restaurants, is a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute (now the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts) in Portland, Ore. He has more than 15 years of pastry chef experience, including eight years as the pastry chef at Restaurant Orsay.
