Nick Hausman

Nick’s passion for hospitality and culinary arts began early, cooking alongside his mother and grandmother and sparked his love for innovative flavor combinations. With over 14 years in the hospitality industry, Nick has worked in nearly every role, from dishwasher to his current position as beverage director. Nick now leads the beverage program at Forgotten Tonic, a restaurant and bar in downtown St. Augustine.
