Rachel is all about good food and a sense of place. She lives in historic Springfield and explores the local food scene wherever she goes. She loves to cook and believes good food is all about the ingredients – fresh, local, seasonal. Rachel has been a personal chef and a caterer and especially loves to prepare festive meals for friends and family. Her other passions include writing, gardening, teaching group exercise classes, and shopping at local farmers’ markets. Rachel is a big supporter of the buy local movement.
