  • 1/4 cup fresh or canned jackfruit
  • 1/4 cup pandan jelly
  • 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1/4 cup coconut gel
  • shaved ice
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 scoop ube ice cream

Instructions

In a serving glass, layer ingredients starting with sweet beans on the bottom. Top with shaved ice. Drizzle evaporated milk over shaved ice, then top with a scoop of ube ice cream.
