A spirited New Year’s Eve celebration doesn’t require spirits for a festive atmosphere. This beverage combines the flavor of non-alcoholic gin with sweet pineapple and tart lemon juice.
Ingredients

- 2 ounces non-alcoholic gin
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce honey
- Ice
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients except garnishes to cocktail shaker and shake until well combined and chilled.
Strain in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with pineapple slice and basil sprig.
