Rob Crabtree

Rob is a native of Northeast Florida and a former Coastal Engineer, who has developed and directed multiple restaurants and bars around the country. He is a spirits consultant and expert, specializing in sugarcane and agave spirits. Rob is the Captain/Owner of Boat Drinks, a nautical tropical tavern and oyster bar in St. Augustine. When he is not in the kitchen or behind the bar, you'll find him on the beach with his dog, Ruca, and partner, Whitney.
