Specializing in Southern cooking with a twist, Sherry is the owner and chef at Hot Shot Bakery & Café in downtown St. Augustine. A native of the Nation’s Oldest City with Minorcan roots, Sherry is consistently named among the top chefs in the city with her own line of datil pepper condiments, jams and sauces called Datil B. Good. She is also founder of the annual Datil Eating Contest, held each spring to see who can eat the most of the St. Augustine pepper.
