With soil in her soul, and the St. Johns in her veins, Tiffany has a true servant’s heart. She founded Apple Rabbit Compost, Jacksonville’s first food scrap composting business, in 2016 after realizing there was a need in her community. A former supervisor for the Duval Soil and Water Conservation District, she spent four years volunteering for the board prior to being elected. When she’s not helping Jacksonville be a more sustainable city, you can find her slinging tapas created by her fiancé, Chef Kevan, at 13 Gypsies.
