Verousce McKibbin

Verousce is Chef-Owner of Koek Cake Baking Studio, a boutique online bakery, and teaches pastry classes at Jax Cooking Studio. After receiving a degree in Hotel Management from The Swiss Hotel School, she furthered her education to specialize in Pastry. She worked at Michelin Star Restaurants and 5-star hotels in Switzerland, London and South
Africa, before landing in the U.S. to work for the Ritz-Carlton.
