Araceli Adkins

Areceli is the co-owner of Cely's Filipino Food truck, which serves authentic Filipino dishes weekly at the Riverside Arts Market and other special events. She and her son, Jaycel, started Cely's after years of running their own brick and mortar restaurant business.
