Juicy Roots Farm Tour
The crew at Juicy Roots Farm will be running free tours every half hour. Stop by anytime between 10 am and 3 pm and their team will show you how they grow all the herbs and veggies! Also on this Saturday, Congaree and Penn will be hosting Explore the Farm Day just a few miles down the road from Juicy Roots. Make it a full day affair! (Note: Juicy Roots doesn't have a public bathroom, but Congaree and Penn does).
Juicy Roots had a busy and productive summer -- they completed the garden expansion (double the size of last year's!), and their greenhouse is bursting at the seams with baby plants getting ready to go into the ground for fall. Everything is in place to have a great farm season. Get out, explore, and get to know your local farmers!
