Chef Jason Swank

A Jacksonville native, Jason graduated from Johnson and Wales and currently serves aschef at Beach Road Fish House and Chicken Dinners. He is a beard enthusiast and music listener who found his home in the kitchen while traveling and working around the US, and is influenced heavily by "soul" and southern styles of cooking.
