Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Gin
- 1 1/2 ounces Strawberry Key Lime Shrub
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 3 ounces Club Soda
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until an egg white foam develops. Pour ingredients slowly into a cocktail glass, finishing with a frothy foam on top.
