Ashley Griffin

Ashley and her husband Josh, owners of the new up-and-coming, plant-based cafe, Plantology, are sparking a passion for healthy eating at our beaches. They are raising their two boys in Neptune Beach and are natives to the beaches area. They love connecting with the community and educating about the importance of what we put into our bodies. Their cafe offers a made-to-order plant-based menu, grab-and-go options, as well as their organic cold-pressed juices.
