Chef Nicholas Benedict

Nicholas is the Head Chef of Buchner's Bierhalle in Murray Hill. He started his culinary career while at college, when he realized being in the kitchen was where he was at his best and most comfortable. Today, he draws inspiration from his nana who immigrated from Germany and always shared the comfort that is food.
