Dawn Hutchins is a plant-based nutrition and wellness educator, entrepreneur and cookbook author. In 2009 she started a website called Florida Coastal Cooking & Wellness and turned that into her business in 2014.
Dawn loves learning and is always a student - reflected in her diverse educational background. She holds a BS from Florida State University, a certificate in plant-based nutrition through Cornell and the T. Colin Campbell Foundation’s continuing education program and nutritional therapist certification with a focus on epigenetics through the Health Sciences Academy in London.
What does she do for fun when she's not running her business? Stretching in yoga, camping in the great outdoors or padding on her SUP.
