Lauren Weisenthal

Lauren is a freelance writer, currently cruising the Caribbean with her husband and cat aboard their sailboat, Nightingale Tune. Prior to setting sail, she cooked in restaurant kitchens and bakeries in New York City and wrote about what she learned from her experiences.
