Nicholas Zimmer

Nicholas was born and raised in Madison, WI where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin. After finding a home in Jacksonville in 2008, he was the Head Grower at Trad’s Garden Center for 5 years. In 2014 he started his own company, Bluebird Growers, that he still maintains today. In addition to foraging and growing he teaches classes on making cheese, mead, candy and more.
